I don’t want to do school anymore. I’ve been doing school for 12 months straight. SO BURNT OUT. Most of my classes aren’t even in my major. I think the only one I really care about is tap. Whoops.
I want to work with people rather than sit in a room and read a textbook by myself all day. My TA job is awesome because I get to meet with students and help them learn to write better. And there are always at least five other TA’s in the office with me. It’s fantastic. So, I have two more classes today. I’ll get out at 6:30, meet my roommates for dinner, and knock out some Women’s Studies homework and grade the crap out of 60 papers in the library.
I can do this. Put on some tunes. Forget the world. Go to work.
