Homecoming.
I had SO much fun walking in the Homecoming Parade, with complete strangers. We gave out fliers for Women’s Services and Resources and candy to the little kids. I’ve never had so many people yell, “You’re Beautiful” to me. I couldn’t wipe the grin off my face. I didn’t know anyone at the beginning, but now I feel united with these awesome women who simply want other women to remember how beautiful they are, despite what outside influences tell them.
YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! And don’t you forget it.
